Got 30 minutes? GET FIT! We realize fitting in fitness can be a challenge. We have a variety of group exercise classes and workout routines to help keep you fit and healthy in just 30 minutes! Check out our Express schedules for a list of Express options to fit your wellness needs!

SilverSneakers®
The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is the nation’s leading exercise program designed exclusively for older adults. Members receive a basic fitness center membership at no cost. The program includes use of basic amenities and access to our signature SilverSneakers® class.
Active Older Adults
Socializing and volunteering have been shown to have positive effects on the health of older adults. Exercise has also been proven to promote mental agility, in addition to longevity and good health. With that in mind, the YMCA offers fitness programs for older adults such as water exercise, yoga, group exercise classes and walking clubs. Make new friends at the Y today!
Personal Training
Our affordable and nationally certified personal trainers will design an exercise program that will get you the results you are looking for. We can match a trainer to your needs; whether you are looking for individualized attention, motivation, athletic conditioning, or physical rehabilitation through exercise, we have the trainer you are looking for!
Ladies Zone
Workout in the Ladies Zone where you can get a total workout in total privacy in 30 minutes! Supportive staff will assist you with starting a new habit that can last a lifetime or offer exercise options to take your current exercise plan to the next level. No pressure, no worries, just ladies!
Fitlinxx®
Is a computerized tracking tool that will take the place of a workout card, give individual instruction on range of motion and speed, display seat settings, target goals, and record every workout session. Our trained staff will provide a Fitlinxx® orientation. The orientation will include instruction with both the weight equipment and the Fitlinxx® system.
BODYCOMBAT™
If you are looking for a way to change up your routine and get a serious cardio workout, try our new BODYCOMBAT™ class. This is a non-contact, martial arts-based fitness program with steps and moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. BODYCOMBAT™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels and offers an exciting change to your everyday routine!
