Membership Card
Your membership card is valuable and important. Members must show their card every time they enter the facility. Lost cards may be replaced for a nominal fee.
Age Policy
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised at all times while in the building. All persons wishing to use the fitness center must be at least 15 years of age.
Guests
The YMCA welcomes future members to come in and try the YMCA as a guest. A copy of the guest policy is available at the Welcome Center.
Refund Policy
Joining fees are non-refundable after first 30 days. Program fees are not refunded after a program begins, but may be credited to another program providing this is done prior to the second class meeting.
Attire
Athletic shoes and shirts must be worn during exercise in all workout areas of the facility. Street shoes are not permitted on any wood floors or in the pool area. Proper swimsuits must be worn when using the pool. Cotton T-shirts, shorts, jeans or khakis are not allowed.
Lockers
Lockers are available for use by members and guests. You must bring your own lock. We recommend that you not leave valuables in your vehicle; the YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we do keep lost & found items at the member service counter. Items will be kept for a 30-day period and then given to charity if they are not claimed.
Food and Beverages
No food or drink is permitted in the workout area or gymnasium, except a water bottle.
Some refreshments are available for sale in the lobby. Alcoholic beverages are never allowed.
Accidents
Contact a YMCA staff person immediately if there is an accident, injury, or unusual incident. We are here to assist you.
Smoking Policy
Smoking or using tobacco products is not permitted anywhere in the facility or on the grounds of the YMCA.
Comments & Suggestions
This is your YMCA; make your concerns and comments known! Member suggestion cards are available throughout the facility and at the Membership desk. We pledge to acknowledge each comment and respond appropriately.
Disciplinary Action
The YMCA has the right to suspend or cancel membership services if a member’s behavior or language is judged to be in conflict with the welfare of other members or staff, or in conflict with the YMCA’s purpose.
