‌Our mission is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The YMCA is challenging people, especially children and teens, to accept and demonstrate positive values. The five core values of the YMCA of Greater Houston are emphasized in all programs: Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Caring and Faith. Through our programs and the modeling of these values, the YMCA continues to meet the needs of our ever-changing community.
