Karate is a traditional art of unarmored self-defense. YMCA Karate classes increase self- confidence, coordination and mental discipline.

Dance
YMCA dance classes include tap, jazz and ballet, and are great for kids of all ages. Classes are available for beginners & advanced dancers. Participants will need pink ballet shoes & black tap shoes.

Cheer & Tumble - An exciting class for kids of all ages. YMCA cheer & tumble is great for beginners and advanced participants. Classes include the latest cheerleading techniques and floor tumbling. Tennis shoes are required.

6th, 7th & 8th Grade Dance
Dances are chaperoned by staff and volunteer parents. They offer middle school students a positive opportunity to hang out with their friends and enjoy great music and refreshments.

Home School P.E.
Home School P.E. classes will concentrate on age-specific health and wellness ideals and activities including aerobic exercise, strength training, art/humanities, sports, games and nutrition. This program will emphasize character building, teamwork and the YMCA’s five core values.
Division I: Ages 5-8yrs
Division II: Ages 9-17yrs
Session X: Apr 8-May 15

Kids Night Out
Kids will play games & sports, meet new friends, create arts & crafts, participate talent shows, watch movies, have tons of fun! If weather permits, will even get to splash in Splash Park! Dinner and snacks provided. Kids Night Out is guaranteed fun for the kids and peace of mind for parents.

Registration: Continuous/year-round (Registrations the day of require an extra $5 fee)
