Please pick up a Group Exercise schedule at the Welcome Center.
Water Aerobics (14 years & up)
• Deep Water: Using buoyancy belts we will provide a complete zero-impact workout.
• Shallow Water: Develop endurance and improve activities of daily living. Class is low impact and adaptable for all fitness levels, including handicap, arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes and joint injuries.

Older Youth Strength Training
Ages: 12yrs+
Day/Time: Classes held on Sat, 9:00am; check with Wellness Center for date.

There is a minimum of 4 participants needed for each class.

Active Older Adults/SilverSneakers® The older adults here at Wendel D. Ley YMCA have been named “Recycled Teenagers!” This group is young at heart and has a great spirit. Group activities include day trips, game days, parties, and citywide celebrations. Personal Training (members only)
Have you been wanting to get started, but you don’t know how and you can’t get motivated? Ask for a personal trainer. Each trainer is certified and ready to get you moving, and to help you reach your personal goals. Personal training schedule is set by the member and the trainer.
Facility Members: $40/per session, $35/per session if you purchase 5 training sessions, $30/per session if you purchase 10 training sessions
Cycle (members only)
Group indoor cycling offers a fun and motivating workout for those familiar with cardiovascular exercise. Class simulates an “all-terrain” bike ride that will challenge your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Formats include: Spinning®, Yoga Spin®, Spin Flex®, Intermediate Cycle, and Bilingual Cycle.
Cycle passes are issued 30 minutes prior to the start of class. Visit the Welcome Center for passes.
Boot Camp
A 6-week experience that will push your spirit, mind and body to limits you didn’t know were possible. This program has been formulated around the US Army Physical Training Program and incorporates the YMCA’s five core values:
Respect, Responsibility, Caring, Honesty and Faith.
Registration: Runs 4-weeks prior to session thru Friday before class begins.
Location: Studio A, B and Outdoors

FREE! 4 Weeks of Personal Fitness 4-week Wellness Center orientation. Learn how to use the equipment located in the Wellness Center as well as multiple ways to work muscle groups utilizing strength equipment, free weights, stability balls, bands and instruction on 30-minute Fitlinxx® strength circuit.
Sessions: Begin the first M/W of each month, 9:30am-10:30am, or the first T/Th, 7:00pm-8:00pm
