Membership Policies

‌For your safety and benefit, full service YMCA members will be provided a membership card which must be used to gain access to the facility.

For their safety, children under age 11 are not permitted in the Cardiovascular Center/Weight Room area at any time. Youth ages 12-15 are required to take Youth Strength Training. At all times, in all areas of the facility, children under age 12 must be enrolled in a supervised YMCA program activity or under direct supervision of an adult 18 years or older.

The YMCA, founded on Christian principles, prohibits inappropriate behavior relating to:
1. Profanity/Abusive language
2. Criminal conduct
3. Smoking/Alcohol consumption
4. Removal of YMCA property

The YMCA reserves the right to revoke any membership. Refunds will not be given after a program starts. Program fees may be credited toward other West Orem YMCA programs. The credit must be used within a 6-month period or it will become invalid. Complete refunds will be given when the YMCA has a class to cancel.

Members may bring up to 3 guests per year. Day passes are available $10 per person /day. Membership payment plans are available; please ask your Welcome Center Staff for details.

A lost membership card is available for $3.

Program Membership is available for those registering for YMCA programs only. The fee is $20 for a full year.

Facility or Pool Rentals & Birthday Party Packages

A variety of functions and activities may be held either inside the YMCA or pool side. The YMCA is a smoke-free, drug-free, no-alcohol facility.

Party Packages that include the pool are available Sat & Sun evenings. Facility rental times are based on availability 7 days per week. Rental locations include:

• Gym

• Community Room

• Group Exercise Room and Pool

Kids Gym Moonwalk is also available for $100 per 2 hours.

Cost & Availability: YMCA Members receive a discount. Program Members pay 50% higher rate. Check with Welcome Center for more information or pick up one of our Facility Rental brochures.
