Body Gem® Metabolism Testing
Use your metabolic measurement as your new scale for weight loss. The BodyGem® metabolism measurement device by Healthe Tech is a handheld portable device that measures oxygen consumption to determine an individual’s unique Metabolic Fingerprint™.
Metabolism accounts for as much as 75% of the calories an individual burns every day, which is critical information for personalizing any health and wellness plan. The Cypress Creek Family YMCA offers BodyGem® metabolic measurements that will help take out the guesswork, and establish an accurate caloric budget tailored for you so that you can successfully achieve your goals.
