Mon/Wed:  5:00am-9:00pm

Tue/Thu:  5:00am-3:30pm*, 4:30pm-9:00pm

Fri: 5:00am-8:45pm**

Sat: 7:00am-6:45pm

Recreational Swim:

Mon/Wed:  8:00am-10:00am, 12:30pm-9:00pm

*Indoor Pool will be closed Tue & Thu, 3:30pm-4:30pm, for maintenance.

Water Exercise Classes

The Cypress Creek Family YMCA offers over 25 water exercise classes each week. A variety of classes (deep and/or shallow water) and levels available for everyone. Come try deep water running, H20 Combo, Twinges in the Hinges or even Aqua Stretch & Tone class and much more. We also offer lap swim workout (masters), Begin ‘n Swim, Homeschool PE lap swim workouts, and triathlon training.

Post-Rehab in the Water

Are you post-rehab but not ready for a big group class? Or, do you have major health limitations that require more individualized attention? Then join our newest Wellness Program. This class teaches use of water and pool equipment for gentle resistance and support while exercising, focusing on balance, range of motion, strength and flexibility for weakened areas. Dr. and/or physical therapists release required. Limit 3-4 participants. For class times/fees and more information, call Lisa at 281.517.3705.
