BodyGem® Metabolism Testing
Use your metabolic measurement as your new scale for weight loss. The BodyGem® metabolism measurement device by Healthe Tech is a handheld portable device that measures oxygen consumption to determine an individual’s unique Metabolic Fingerprint™.
Metabolism accounts for as much as 75 percent of the calories an individual burns every day, which is critical information for personalizing any health and wellness plan. The Cypress Creek Family YMCA offers BodyGem® metabolic measurements that will help take out the guesswork, and establish an accurate caloric budget tailored for you so that you can successfully achieve your goals.
See the Welcome Center for more details or contact Sarah, our nutritionist, at sarahw@ymcahouston.org or 281.517.3714. Measurements are offered for an additional fee.
