4, 1-hour sessions: $180 FM/$250 PM
8, 1-hour sessions: $320 FM/$400 PM
Buddy Sessions:

Half-Hour Sessions:
1 session: $30 FM/$60 PM

Adult Wellness Center Orientations
Learn how to use our Wellness Center equipment properly to get the most out of your workout. Meet one-on-one with one of our trained Wellness Center staff to get started. Register for an appointment at the Welcome Center.Older Youth Wellness Center Orientations
(Ages 12-16) Teens learn the how to’s of using the Wellness Center equipment properly. Teens must complete 2 consecutive classes and pass a written test before being allowed to use the Wellness Center. Register for an appointment at the Welcome Center.Yoga
