Personal Training

Let one of our certified personal trainers design a wellness program specifically to meet your needs. Choose from one-on-one or buddy sessions for up to 3 people.

1-hour session: $55 FM/$85 PM
4, 1-hour sessions: $180 FM/$250 PM
8, 1-hour sessions: $320 FM/$400 PM

Buddy Sessions:
1-hour session: $70 FM/$95 PM
4, 1-hour sessions: $260 FM/$320 PM
8, 1-hour sessions: $480 FM/$600 PM

Half-Hour Sessions:
1 session: $30 FM/$60 PM
8 or more half-hour sessions: $25ea FM/$55ea PM

Adult Wellness Center Orientations

Learn how to use our Wellness Center equipment properly to get the most out of your workout. Meet one-on-one with one of our trained Wellness Center staff to get started. Register for an appointment at the Welcome Center.

Older Youth Wellness Center Orientations

(Ages 12-16) Teens learn the how to’s of using the Wellness Center equipment properly. Teens must complete 2 consecutive classes and pass a written test before being allowed to use the Wellness Center. Register for an appointment at the Welcome Center.

Yoga

Take a break from the stress of everyday life, and rest your mind and body as you improve your strength, balance and flexibility. All adult age ranges are welcome and encouraged to join.

Pilates

Beginning Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an aid to good health. This slow, graceful Chinese exercise program pays dividends in increased strength and muscle tone, enhanced range of motion and flexibility, and improved balance and coordination.

Chiseled

Target major muscle groups with light hand weights, weighted bars and bands. Add a little cardiovascular exercise, and you’ve got a complete workout.

Water Aerobics
