Summer Day Camp

The Westland Family YMCA endeavors to help each camper achieve his/her fullest potential in terms of mental development, physical well-being, social growth and spiritual awareness.
Your child’s summer will be filled with fun experiences including arts and crafts, games, swimming, field trips and team-building activities.
Weekly camp themes will include:
USA Celebration, Island Fever, Got Game, Never Before Heard of Holidays and Wacky Water Days

Ages: 6-11 (Must turn 6 on or before June 1, 2009)

Session: Sessions are each one week. The first session starts on Monday, June 1, and the last session ends on Friday, August 21. 

Registration: Ongoing throughout the summer

Registration Fees: $30 one-time registration fee for one child.  $45 one-time registration fee for two or more children.

Day: Monday-Friday

Time: 9:00am-4:00pm

PRE-Camp: 7:00am-9:00am

POST-Camp: 4:00pm-6:00pm

Location: Marian Park and Lansdale Park

Facility Member Weekly Fee: $80/child/week
Program Member Weekly Fee: $100/child/week

Pre- and post-camp care are included in the weekly session rate.

CAMP SUPPLIES NEEDED:  Sunscreen, towel, bathing suit, closed toe shoes and appropriate clothing for having a blast outside (the kids will get dirty). Replacement camp shirts are available for purchase for $8 (the first one is included in the registration fee)
