Have you ever considered one-on-one training? Personal training may make a difference in the quality of your workouts. Our personal trainers come from a variety of specialized fitness areas and they can create an exercise program specifically for you.

Fitness Orientation
Fitness orientations are free with a YMCA membership. In this 60-minute session you will work with a Wellness Coach to set goals, learn how to use the machines safely, utilize FitLinxx® and determine which group exercise classes are best for you.

Fitlinxx®
This is a computerized interactive fitness program that attaches directly to existing fitness equipment, adding an extraordinary ‘intelligent’ dimension to your workout experience.
Why get linked to Fitlinxx®? It tracks progress, number of set/reps completed, amount of weight lifted, proper range of motion, calories, mileage, time and much more!
Youth Strength Training
A required class for youth who desire to learn the proper exercise techniques and live a healthy lifestyle. The class is free to members and all youth must complete the class to have Wellness Center privileges.
Ages: 12-15

Y Personal Fitness (YPF)
he YMCA Personal Fitness Program is designed to help ready-to-be-fit individuals move toward the behavior and mind-set of a regular exerciser. This 12-week one-on-one program is based on an innovative and effective approach to helping physically inactive people become regular exercisers. Members will meet with a Wellness Coach 4 times.
The key program features include:
• Reviewing barriers to exercise
• Workouts designed to reflect your goals
• Setting short-term goals and long-term goals for
long-term results
• Kicking the inactivity habit

Group Exercise
Research has shown that those who participate in Group Exercise have a higher retention rate than those who exercise alone. We offer a wide variety of exercise classes for all ages and abilities! Try out Zumba®, New Body PUMP®, Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, Cycling, Cardio Challenge, Boot Camp, Water Exercise, Tai Chi, Silver Sneakers, Zumba Gold® and New Family and Youth Fitness classes.
