YMCA AfterSchool

Once a child reaches school age, multiple influences enter his or her life. YMCA AfterSchool ensures that the time after school is occupied creatively and constructively. Children participate in a balanced program of open play and structured activities while being supervised by well-trained and caring staff. Please call the childcare office for any details regarding tuition/fees for the AfterSchool programs.

In-Service & Holiday Camp

Care is provided on In-Service days and for school breaks for ages 5-15. Register at the Welcome Center. A minimum of participants is needed. All children need to bring a lunch and 2 snacks. Appropriate clothing needs to be worn for outside time.

In-Service Days: Feb 16

Location: North Harris County YMCA or at the Mirror Lake Outpost at 19315 Mirror Lake Drive

Time: 7:00am-6:30pm

Facility Member: $25/day
Program Member: $30/day

Holiday Camps:

Dec 22-Jan 5 (Winter Break)

March 16-20 (Spring Break)

Family Night Out

The YMCA believes in the importance of family and understands the need for quality family activities. The Y is a fun, social place which makes it easy for families to come together. YMCA Family Nights provide families the opportunity to spend time together having fun as well as meeting other families. Open to all.

Dates: Feb 13-"Fabulous Friday"

Fee: $12 per family 

Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Registration Begins: 2 weeks prior to the event.
