Boot Camp
Get moving, in a high intensity, super charged workout. Boot Camp will take you to the next level!Ages: 18+
Registration: First-time participants must fill out registration packet, including Health History Form & Par Q.
Day/Time: Tuesday-Friday, 5:45am-6:45am
Facility Member: $75/session
Program Member: $100/session
Instructor Tony Lewis will contact Boot Camp participants on Sun prior to starting on Monday. A new 4-week session begins the first Monday of every month.
Boot Camp Lite
Firm up with a rock-solid training program. Nothing gets you in shape like Boot Camp and now Boot Camp Lite (with a little less intensity).Ages: 18+

Program Member: $100/session

Wellness Orientation
New YMCA members will have their workout program set up on Fitlinxx® with one of our YMCA-certified program trainers. The trainer will teach you how to use the equipment, free weights and cardio machines.Your appointment will be personalized and designed to ensure that you get the workout you are looking for. If you have any medical concerns, you will need to submit a signed doctor’s release (one will be provided by the YMCA). Call 713.781.1061 to schedule your orientation.Ages: 12+

Weight Watchers
Come join Weight Watchers at the Trotter Family YMCA.Day/Time: Tuesday, 11:30am (weigh-in at 11:00am) or 5:00pm

Pilates Reformer
Utilize the Pilates Reformer and certified staff to encounter the health benefits of increased flexibility, strength and improved posture. Classes are in a small group setting. Sessions span four weeks.Facility Members: $60
Program Members: $85

Group Exercise
The Trotter Family YMCA offers a wide variety of group exercise classes, seven days a week.Options to choose from include: chair aerobics, yoga, tai chi, water aerobics, zumba, indoor cycling, mat and reformer pilates, stretching, Body Combat, Body Pump, step (including Body Step), Sculpt & tone, NIA and numerous strength and conditioning classes.
Classes vary in intensity and duration to cater for beginners to highly conditioned fitness levels.
