Kids FitBall - Kids can have FUN while exercising by performing moves using a stability ball. Strengthens the core as well as other muscle groups and improves balance and stability.Ages: 7-11

Kids Yoga - This 40-minute class combines basic mat Pilates and stretching to relieve stress and release energy. Children will learn to recognize anxiousness and calm themselves through breathing and visualization techniques.

Kid Fit - Awesome class tailored for kids! 15 minutes of Cardio/Circuit (jump rope, step and kickbox), 15 minutes of Core Strength (weights, resistance bands and Pilates), and 10 minutes of stretching to promote flexibility.

Teen Wellness Center Orientations
(with FitLinxx®) To ensure the safety and well-being of our teen members, teens ages 12-15 must complete this class to gain access to the Wellness Center. The program includes a group lecture and practical time using the equipment with proper form.The Teen Orientation Program does not include the use of free weights. Class size limited to 5 participants. Registration is required to attend. Contact the Welcome Center to register or for more information.

One-on-One Orientation for Teens
(with FitLinxx®) This one-on-one orientation was created for teens who cannot attend the group Teen Wellness Center Orientation. Teens must complete a minimum of 4 orientations. Each appointment educates teens about proper use of the cardio equipment and the Cybex machine weights with the FitLinxx® system.The Teen Orientation Program does not include use of the free weight area. Orientations are available by appointment only. Contact the Welcome Center to schedule an appointment.

Teen Free Weight Training
Teens learn how to train with free weights, safely and effectively. Class is taught by a certified Personal Trainer. Meet other teens and have fun while you work out and get fit!Teen Free Weight Training is only available to facility members. Teen members must complete the Teen Wellness Center Orientation prior to participation in this program.
