Membership Card
Your membership card is valuable and important. Members must show their card every time they enter the facility. Lost cards may be replaced for a nominal fee.Age Policy
Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised at all times while in the building.Refund Policy
Joining fees are nonrefundable after first 30 days. Program fees are not refunded after a program begins, but may be credited to another program providing this is done prior to the second class meeting.Pricing

Athletic shoes, shirts and shorts must be worn during exercise in all workout areas of the facility. Street shoes are not permitted on any wood floors, the Wellness Center or in the pool areas. Proper swimsuits must be worn when using the pool and whirlpool or sauna. We recommend the use of eye guards for racquetball.Smoking Policy
Smoking or using tobacco products is not permitted anywhere in the facility or on the grounds of the YMCA.Accidents
Contact a YMCA staff person immediately if there is an accident, injury or unusual incident. We are here to assist you.Lockers/Valuables
Lockers are available for day use by members and guests. You must bring your own lock or check one out at the Welcome Center and remove it at the end of each visit. Items left overnight will be removed from the locker room and placed in the lost & found. We recommend that you not leave valuables in your vehicle; the YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we do keep lost & found items at the Welcome Center. Items will be kept for a 30-day period and then given to charity.Locker Rooms
For safety reasons, Facility Members must be 18 or older to enter the men’s or women’s locker rooms. Youth changing rooms are available for members under the age of 18, and for adult members with children under the age of 18. Changing tables may be accessed in both youth changing rooms.Food and Beverages
No food or drink is permitted in the workout area or gymnasium, except a water bottle. Some refreshments are available for sale in the lobby. Alcoholic beverages are never allowed.Comments & Suggestions
This is your YMCA; make your concerns and comments known! Member suggestion cards are available throughout the facility and at the Welcome Center. We pledge to acknowledge each comment and respond appropriately.Disciplinary Action
The YMCA has the right to suspend or cancel membership service if a member’s behavior or language is judged to be in conflict with the welfare of other members or staff, or in conflict with the YMCA’s mission.Program Membership
To participate in any YMCA program you must be either a Facility or Program Member. The Program Membership allows participation in YMCA programs only and does not include use of the facility.Program Membership is an annual fee of $30 per family. (This is nonrefundable.)
Guests
The YMCA welcomes future members to come in and try the YMCA as a guest.Guest Policy
Any member 18 or older may bring in 7 guests, 18 years and older, per year. (The member must accompany the guest.) Guest may access the facility a total of 7 times.• Guest must have a valid ID.
• Please visit the Welcome Center for a copy of the guest policy.
Insufficient Funds Procedure
If your check/ACH Draft is returned unpaid, it may be collected electronically and you will be accessed a minimum fee of $30 (or the maximum amount allowed by law). Check writer is also responsible for all other collection costs.
